RULES & SPECIFICATIONS

GAME VERSION: Counter Strike 1.6
OPERATING SYSTEM: Windows XP Professional (Service pack 2)
PRIZE MONEY : 20K +
TEAM FORMAT: Five players per team (One player can be in reserve)
VICTORY CONDITION: The team to win maximum number of rounds per match will be declared as winner.
ELEGIBILITY CRITERIA :
All participants must carry some sort of Identity proof.Tournament is Open for all .
All the team members should be present at the commencement of the tournament. Absence of any team member will prohibit the team from participating in the tournament.
REGISTRATION :
Clan Name have to be registered separately before commencement of the tournament in BloG.
On Spot Registration of players is must.
Registration Fees (Outstation) : 210 /-


GENERAL RULES :
1. Each team should submit a full list of its members prior to the beginning of the tournament. These lists should include all the members of the team.
2. The teams may include up to 6 players into the submitted list (5 general and 1 reserve players). Player can be replaced only before the match starts; no replacements are permitted during the match. Name of the captain must also be mentioned.
3. One player is not allowed to participate in several teams.
4. All the registered teams must have a specific "clantag". This name must be provided at the time of reporting.
5. Usage of a clantag which has been already registered in tournament isn't allowed.
6. In case, any member of the opponent team fails to report on time, then the other team will get a walk over to next round.
7. If any team is disqualified during a match for any reason, the opponent team will move to next round.
8. 10 minutes time will be provided in the beginning of each round to the participants to attach their personal equipments or to change the server setting according to the given rule.
9. Usage of unfair means will lead to immediate disqualification. This decision will be taken by the organizers. Teams might also appeal if they feel that their opponents are resorting to unfair means.
10. If the server crashes or any player gets disconnected, the corresponding match will be restarted. However, the score before the crash will be considered and the remaining number of matches will be played on the restarted server.

OTHER RULES :
1. Tactical shield use is forbidden.
2. Weapon bind and team messages are allowed.
3. Use of only standard models/skins is allowed.

5. Approved Commands
1. Adjust crosshair
2. Left Hand / Right Hand
3. A user can use Activate In-Game-VGUI Command
6. Default skins must be used.
7. The gamma rate can be changed in the video graphic driver.
8. Mouse sensitivity can be adjusted.

USE OF FOLLOWING UNFAIR MEANS MAY LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION :
1. Any player who has died cannot communicate by ANY means (No gesture or verbal communication will be allowed) with any other team member or opponent until the beginning of the next match.
2. Boosting (stepping on top of own team player) is allowed in play (will not lead to disqualification).
3. Binding Duck to scroll wheel is not allowed.
4. C4 must be installed at a viewable location. Installing C4 at a location where a boost is required is NOT allowed.
5. Silent C4 installation is considered bug play. Such an offense may result in a warning or loss of all remaining TR rounds at the sole discretion of the board of referees.
6. Throwing grenades over buildings in all maps are allowed.
7. Any use of the flash bang bug will result in a warning at the minimum or loss by default for the offending team.
8. Use of personal model/skins (includes weapon skins)
9. Use of personal map texture
10. All cheat programs
11. Use of map bugs in play (e.g. map swimming, auto aim, etc.)
12. Use of unfair but available scripts (e.g. silentrun, attack+use, centerview script, norecoil script, etc.)
13. Server master can and will check for the use of any unfair practice or script, even those not listed above, during each match.
14. Giving unfair advantage to a player (by any means) is an offence that may lead to a warning at minimum or lose by default at the organizers sole discretion.
15. Use of mouse fix is prohibited.

TOURNAMENT PROCEDURE:

1) TOSS: The winner of the toss will elliminate their choice of map first and it will continue on alternate basis. The Toss will be done by the team captain.

2) ROUND:
Prelims:
There will be 22 matches (11 as terrorist and 11 as counter terrorist) in every round. Swap of teams will be done after 11 matches.
From Quarters:
From quarters onward there will be 30 matches (15 as terrorist and 15 as counter terrorist) in every round. Swap of teams will be done after 15 matches.

3) TIME:
